STAQUET

An engineering graduate of the École Centrale de Nantes, Hubert complemented his training with a master's in quality management at ENSAM. He also holds a CAP (French vocational training certificate) in cabinet-making, which proves his personal interest in wood. In 2010, however, his genuine passion for wines and spirits drove him to leave the aeronautics industry and join Seguin Moreau as our barrel production manager. He spent 6 years supervising teams of coopers in the barrel workshops and working on cross-cutting projects such as installing production management software. Thanks to this experience, Hubert was convinced that our teams could be even better organized to serve our customers. Consequently, a customer service department – headed by Hubert – was set up, consolidating all 'customer-to-customer' services: sales administration, planning (closely collaborating with production), shipping, after-sales service, and associated IT resources. The department's sole objective is optimized organization for ever greater customer satisfaction.
